Purchases by Retailers must be in full case quantities. No mixing of product to establish a case quantity is allowed. A minimum order of $200.00 is required for all retail purchases.
Creō Essence products have a Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) that we encourage Retailers to follow. Retailers have the right to price above the MSRP, but a Retailer may not charge less than our MSRP on a consistent basis. The only time Retailers are permitted to charge less than MSRP are for a short-term sale or to achieve a perceived lower price (i.e. $9.99, $23.95).
Creō Essence does not allow Retailers to sell its products on third party sites such as Amazon, Ebay, Etsy, etc. Goods sold online must be through the Retailer’s website and must use product images and descriptions approved by Creō Essence.
Please inspect all orders immediately upon arrival for quality, proper quantities and correct specifications. Any and all issues must be reported to Creō Essence within ten (10) days of receipt of shipment. Below are instructions and policies if an incident occurs:
All Creō Essence products are handcrafted and may have slight variances in size and color. If a Retailer feels the product does not meet its quality standards, please photograph the issue and email the photograph and a short description of the issue to firstname.lastname@example.org. If the product was damaged during shipment, photograph the damage incurred and email the photograph and a short description of the issue to email@example.com. Creō Essence will either reimburse the Retailer for the damaged product or replace any damaged product at the request of the Retailer.
If there is a shortage on the order, Retailer may either have the missing product sent or request to receive a refund for the missing product. If there is a slight overabundance of product (1-2 units), the Retailer may keep the product without needing to contact Creō Essence. If the overabundance exceeds two or more units, Creō Essence would appreciate being notified at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If the product received is incorrect, please email email@example.com and Creō Essence will work with the Retailer to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Retailer is only allowed to receive a fully refunded return if the order does not meet Creō Essence quality standards. Creō Essence will not purchase product previously ordered and no longer wanted by the Retailer. All order cancellations must occur within 24 hours of order placement. Retail orders cancelled after the 24 hour period are subject to payment in full.
Creō Essence thrives on brand loyal customers. Although Retailers may not be able to carry all possible options of our product, Creō Essence encourages Retailers to direct customers to www.CreoEssence.com to meet customer needs. Creō Essence believes the secret ingredient to loyal customers is great customer service. As we are contacted and learn of people’s whereabouts, we will try our best to direct them to the nearest Creō Essence Retailer.
Creō Essence holds the right to cancel any wholesale account due to a misrepresentation or any other event that is not in good taste or violates the spirit of these guidelines. In this event, said Retailer will no longer be able to place wholesale orders through Creō Essence.
Payment for products is initiated once the order has been placed. Orders are processed for shipment within one day of receipt of order. If Retailer wishes to cancel its order, it must do so within 24 hours of order placement; otherwise, full payment will be charged against the credit card used to place the order and shipment will be sent as ordered.
